Rentals

Trinity rents out the social hall and classrooms on a limited basis.  Tables and chairs are also available for rent.  All contacts need to be made through the Office Coordinator (610-446-6398) or tlcoffice@verizon.net.

All Rentals:   We require a $200.00 Facility Security Deposit which will be returned after the event and church inspection of the property.

Fees:

Social Hall with Kitchen: $55.00 per hour

Social Hall without Kitchen: $40.00 per hour

Classroom / choir room: $20.00 — $35.00 per hour

Table and 8 chairs: (taken off- site)  $12.00 per set.

  • Facilities and tables are not available for rental which would interfere with Church programming.
  • No food or beverages are permitted without approval. No alcoholic beverages on premises.
  • Groups will not be admitted prior to the scheduled beginning time and must be out of the building by the scheduled termination time. Preparation and clean-up time is to be included in the scheduled time.
  • The responsible adult (over 21 years of age) or sponsor of the activity shall govern admission and conduct of participants.
  • Persons attending meetings must confine themselves to the room rented and the corridors outside the rest rooms.
  • All furniture must be returned to the original set-up. Trash must be removed.
